FAQ

All of the products on our website are set flavours, but if you're interested in different flavours or quantities just send us an email or contact us on Instagram.

If you're in Galway we can organise a collection no problem! Pop a note in your order and we'll contact you to organise. Delivery will be charged but we'll refund you.

Contact us asap and we'll do our best. Once your order has been baked and/or shipped it's too late to cancel.

We ship with An Post so that usually takes 1-2 business days, but as with everything - sometimes they have delays. We add the tracking number to every order so you should be able to follow it's journey!

We sure do! Message us with as much detail as you can give us and we'll get back to you with our info and a quote. Reference cake pictures are always a help!

Gluten Free: We use a lot of flour in our kitchen so we can't guarantee anything is completely gluten free. The HSE is very strict and we can't live up to the rules yet I'm afraid.

Allergies: We use eggs, flour, dairy and nuts in our kitchen so we can't guarantee they won't be found in our bakes.
